RefundRadar

You forgot to cancel it.
We didn't.

RefundRadar finds the recurring charges you stopped using and gets your money back from the merchant. You only pay if we do — 25–35% of what we recover.

Bank-level encryption · We never see your password · We contact merchants directly, not your bank.

How it works

Three steps. We do two of them.

1
Link your statements

We read the recurring charges on your bank and card statements. We never see your password, and we can't move money.

2
We flag what you forgot

The gym you quit going to, the trial that quietly renewed, the app you meant to cancel in March.

3
We email the merchant and chase your refund

We contact the merchant directly and ask for your money back — then follow up on a schedule until they answer. Not a bank dispute.

Questions

The honest answers

Is this a chargeback or a bank dispute?

No. We contact the merchant directly and ask them to cancel and refund the unused charges. We never file a dispute with your bank on your behalf.

What if the merchant says no?

Then you pay nothing. Our fee is a share of money that actually comes back — no recovery, no fee, ever.

How much do you keep?

25–35% of what we recover. On a $40 refund that's $10–14; you keep $26–30.

Can you see my login or move my money?

No. We read statement data to spot recurring charges. We can't log in as you, and we can't move money in or out of your accounts.
